It's all about color! Your plate is a canvas. Create your meals with variety in mind. I "made up" these meals by simply stocking the fridge with healthy choices and imagining how the flavors might go together or contrast nicely. Always go for more veggies than anything else and don't forget about herbs and spices. It really is fun once you get into the swing of it!
